Return Policy

▼About Returns▼
1. Please contact us within seven days to inform us and assist in returning the product. The product should be kept in new condition, including tags and gifts. We will proceed with the refund process after receiving the returned product without damage.
2. Please apply for a return on the backstage of our website. Application process: log in to your store account > "Member Center" > "Order" > find the order and click "View" > scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Apply for Return". Please choose "Other (contact merchant for refund matters)" as your refund method.
3.When returning or exchanging products, please make sure that they are intact and properly packaged, without missing parts or damaging dust bags for clothes. Use original packaging if possible; if it is lost or damaged, please package outside of dust bag but do not stick shipping labels directly onto products or dust bags with writing on them as returns cannot be accepted if items are damaged or incomplete upon arrival.

4.To speed up the refund process, please prepare a note with your order number and “Return” written on it along with your invoice placed inside of package to facilitate processing refunds quickly.

1. Please contact us within three days to inform us of your order number, reason for exchange (style/size), desired replacement style/size, and shipping information so we can send out your desired replacement item while also assisting you in returning/exchanging items.
